haha. well in this layout, you have to upload the pictures of the friends you want. so like, if i wanted a picture of you on my layout, i would take a picture of you, save it on my computer and upload it by using photobucket.com or tinypic.com or imageshack.us

then i would copy and paste the direct image link in the coding of the layout.

BASICALLY, for each friends picture you want on your layout, you have to save and upload it. (to a website like photobucket, etc.)
